Sunday Brunch

Treat yourself to the delectable selection of unique and traditional dishes featured at the world famous Bow Valley Grill Sunday Brunch. Available Sunday 11:00am-2:30pm, reservations required.

Waldhaus Restaurant

Reminiscent of an old hunting cottage, the Waldhaus is Banff Springs' "House in the Forest" - set on the edge of the Golf Course and the Spray River. Authentic German and Swiss dishes such as fondues, goulash soup, venison ragout and mountain smoked meat platters will grace your place in unique atmosphere. Open daily for dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Closed March - May).

Waldhaus Pub

After an invigorating day on the ski hills, the Waldhaus Pub is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a game of pool, locally brewed beer and a full menu of tasty appetizers and snacks. Tea is served daily from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

Afternoon Tea

Enjoy the much loved and celebrated English custom - a traditional afternoon tea and delectable pastries and sweets, while you relax in the magnificent Rundle Lounge and take in the view of the incredible Bow Valley. Castle Tea includes a glass of Sparkling Wine and a Gift Tea Box for $42 CAD per person. Served daily from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

Banffshire Club

Winner of numerous wine and dining awards, the Banffshire Club is an experience not to be missed. Serving contemporary North American cuisine and offering one of the most extensive wine cellars in Canada in a warm, luxurious atmosphere. Private group dining is available in the wine room. Open Tues-Thus 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Friday, Saturday 6:00-9:30pm.

Bow Valley Grill

Interact with the talented chefs in this unique open-kitchen restaurant while they prepare their incredibly fresh, savory dishes. The Bow Valley Grill celebrates the spirit of the outdoors in its décor and overlooks the spectacular Fairholm mountain range. Serves breakfast, Saturday brunch buffets, Sunday brunch, and dinners. Reservations are recommended for Sunday brunch.

Castello Ristorante

Enjoy a very special evening of exquisite Italian cuisine in an authentic Italian atmosphere. Castello Ristorante is a favorite for the tantalizing dishes served, the extensive wine list, and the traditional Italian deserts, all served in one of the most captivating of settings. Open 5 days a week in the winter months. Reservations are recommended.

Castle Pantry

Open 24 hours for your convenience, the Castle Pantry offers a selection of gourmet foods to eat in or for on the go: salads, sandwiches, soups, and locally crafted chocolates, pastries, and snacks. The perfect way to stock up for whatever your day has in store!

Golf Course Clubhouse

Situated in the heart of The Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Club, The Clubhouse Restaurant is the perfect place for luncheon buffet or a la carte menu lunch before you tee off. A frequent shuttle service is available between the hotel and Clubhouse. Open golf season (approximately May - November). Reservations are recommended for dinner.

Grapes Wine Bar

Featuring an extensive selection of superior Canadian wines, the Grapes Wine Bar is the perfect place to pleasure your palate with a glass of a new or favorite wine or ice wine. Qualified staff will be pleased to make a recommendation. Fondue, pate, salads and aged cheeses are available to compliment the wine's flavor. Open nightly from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

Ramsay Lounge

For a relaxing libation and chat, the Ramsay lounge offers the perfect atmosphere and an extensive list of ports, scotches and cocktails. Enjoy! Open daily from 5:30pm to 11:00pm.

In-room Dining

When you've had a long day or the comfort of your own room is just too enjoyable to leave, take advantage of the Fairmont Banff Springs In-Room dining. With several different menus to choose from, there's certain to be a fabulous dish to tempt your taste. Full service runs from 7:00am to 12:00am, with a special selection of gourmet foods, sandwiches, salads beverages and snacks available from 12:00am to 7:00am.

Rundle Lounge

Try the newest lounge at the Fairmont Banff Springs. Featuring a selection of beer, scotch, cognac and martinis and overlooking the beautiful Bow Valley. What a backdrop! Open daily from 12:00 pm to 1:00 am.
