Portobello Market & Fresh Bakery

Featuring a market atmosphere, fresh bakery, and comfortable couches, Portobello's fabulous deli-style menu and specialty coffee bar is perfect any time of day. Portobello is licensed and offers an outdoor patio in the summertime. Open daily from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

The Wildflower

The Wildflower offers the perfect Whistler experience with its warm, inviting atmosphere, casual environment, and showcase of locally inspired dishes and innovative classics. Extensive "by the glass" wine selections, a variety of regional beer, or signature cocktails are available to complement any meal. A garden patio is available in summer, and special holidays are always cause for a large and innovative Brunch celebration. Open daily for breakfast, après-ski and dinner. Reservations are recommended.

The Wine Room

The Wine Room offers a memorable evening dining experience through their seasonal menus featuring fresh, local and Pacific Rim ingredients, extensive wine selection of internationally acclaimed BC wines, beautiful stone fireplace, and refined atmosphere. Winner of Whistler's only AAA/CAA Four Diamond rating for exceptional cuisine. Reservations are recommended.

When the occasion warrants it, a Private Dining Room is the best way to celebrate your intimate gatherings in an exclusive setting. Special arrangements, menus and rental apply for use of this room; accommodation is 18 guests.

Afternoon Tea

Enjoy the timeless traditional of an Afternoon Tea served daily from 3:00 to 5:00pm in the Wine Room. A selection of teas, finger sandwiches, and treats are served with Chateau flair.

The Mallard Lounge and Terrace

At the end of a busy day, relax by the fireside, enjoy the view of Whistler Mountain, and unwind with a signature drink - from a classic cocktail to a delicious Mallard warmer. Later, enjoy the best of Canadian and West coast food while listening to live entertainment, or indulge in a cigar and cognac while lounging on a snug leather sofa in the fully ventilated cigar room. Open for food daily from 11:00am to 11:00pm and cocktails from 11:00am to 1:00am (12:00pm on Sundays).

The Chalet (located at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club)

For a unique and intimate winter dining choice, try the and delicious three-course fondue dinner at The Chalet. The menu includes cheese fondue with vegetables, Fondue Chinoise (broth based) served with beef tenderloin, prawns and salmon, and a decadent chocolate fondue to top it all off. Available nightly from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, December 15-March 15; reservations are required.

In-room Dining

When all these great dining options still aren't enough to pry you from the luxury of your Fairmont room, a culinary feast can be brought to you. A variety of menus is available with all meals made from fresh, local ingredients. Available all day and evening and gourmet sandwiches offered from 1:00am through the night.

Health Club

Take advantage of the large onsite Health Club which offers a range of activities to complement your workout. Facilities include an outdoor 60-foot heated lap pool and swimming pool, one indoor and 3 outdoor whirlpools, a sauna, steam room, change rooms, and well equipped fitness centre with cardio and weight training equipment. Personal trainers can be booked through the Health Club. Facilities are open daily from 5:30am to 11:00pm.

Tennis Courts

Three outdoor tennis courts with tennis lessons and camps taught by certified tennis professionals can also be booked through the Health Club.

Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides

Horse drawn sleigh rides are available at The Chalet and can be combined with your fondue dinner for a complete 'Chalet Experience'. Advance booking is required.

Vida Wellness Spa

With an emphasis on health and healing, the Vida Wellness Spa blends the ancient Indian principles of Ayurveda with modern aesthetic and relaxation practices. Your personalized treatment will sooth and energize at the same time, leaving you feeling pampered, rejuvenated and revitalized. Open daily from 8:00am to 10:00pm. Advance reservations are recommended.
